ADC32130S

2 Gsps Rad Hard Digitizer

Delphi Engineerin Groups Radiation Hardened ADC32130S is a digitizer and signal processing module designed for digitizing wide bandwidth analog signals at 10 bits, at sampling rates of up to 2.2 Gsps. Buffering of the digitized data samples is provided onboard. Samples can be transferred to the host board at a high rate using the built-in DMA controller.

The ADC32130S is designed to operate under challenging space conditions with Single Event Upset (SEU), Single Event Latch-Up (SEL), and Single Event Transient (SET) hardening. Triple Mode Redundancy (TMR) is utilized for memory protection.

The 10 bit, 2.2 Gsps e2v ADC and e2v DMUX are 150 krad tolerant and appropriate for LEO, MEO, GEO, and planetary missions.
